|Recommended: NoBeautiful area, worst management — The area and property is beautiful, but poorly built. There is plaster cracks on the ceilings in the bathroom. This has been fixed before, but new cracks are forming again. Caulking is peeling around sinks in the bathroom and kitchen, but when maintenance came out they said that caulking is no longer used around sinks, per apartment’s policies. There are visible gaps between the door and door frame allowing cold air to blow right through.
The management here is the worst - unprofessional and unresponsive. The only response I've received in the last 5 months was a denial of maintenance request from Stefanie.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — The apartments are great, and well laid out. The bedrooms and closets are roomy as well. The only down side I have personally is that, even though the apartments offer free dog bags to clean up after pets, so many residents do not clean up after their dogs. I have a dog myself, so it is frustrating trying to take my dog out while having to dodge other peoples' messes. I'd gladly pay a higher monthly fee if it kept away people that don't clean up after their pets.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Community — I have lived here around 6 months now. It is a very nice quiet community. I haven't been able to use all the community features such as the pool hot tub due to Covid, but everything is very well maintained. I would recommend living here.

|Recommended: NoNew Here — The apartment's layout is excellent, I love the high celling's, and there is tons of storage in the kitchen. I tend to feel like I am walking on eggshells in my own home, and with three young kids, it becomes stressful because they are kids and are running around. I can hear my neighbors, which I do not mind because it makes me feel at ease with my kids making noise. I am not too fond that I cannot throw my garbage away, but It's nice when it rains. I haven't had to call maintenance for anything yet, so not sure how quick they are to fix things.

|Recommended: NoSome bad, but mostly good — The place is nice and clean and relatively quiet. We love having the green belt area to walk The managers try to include residents in fun happenings - holidays, snacks, etc. They are very nice and keep everyone informed and any changes and updates.
It's a little too expensive and is owned by a larger corporation. As with most apartment complexes, there are those additional fees - that are mandatory. I can walk my own garbage to the bins . And our rent went up every single time our lease was up. Very difficult to swallow in these times.
We certainly appreciate your longevity in the home and are happy to hear that you enjoy where you live. I'm sorry we were unable to satisfy your lease rate expectations. |Recommended: NoIt would be nice if i could get a discount for pool and gym closure — Dont depend on signal 88 to ever make rounds, there are thieves in the complex so also lock your vehicle.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and Safe — A cute little community. The nature reserve provides a nice walking trail, and I can walk around the well kept community grounds feeling safe. Apartment itself is generally upkept fairly well. Maintenance has been prompt and super friendly whenever a problem did pop up. Overall am very happy to live here.

|Recommended: YesI’ve been here for almost 5 years and have enjoyed two of the managers and one of the maintenance staff. — I enjoy living here. The current maintenance Ernie has been wonderful. My washer is not working correctly and he has gone above and beyond to figure out a resolution. I own a business that I need a washer and he has offered alternatives to accommodate me. He has been prompt and efficient with every work order I’ve put in.
Our Maintenance team takes pride in their work and does it with a smile! We appreciate you taking the time to post this kind review and we are glad you enjoy being a resident.
|Recommended: YesResponsive, friendly and knowledgeable staff — I have found my experience here to be positive. Apartment living is new to me, but the staff in the office have been very helpful. I find the amenities here to be desirable and over-all its a clean, well groomed environment that feels safe with the gated community and comfortable surroundings.

|Recommended: YesNice for a first place to live at — Nice floor plans and spacious apartments, however walls are very thin and you can hear every noise from the neighbors. The community is clean and quiet. Appliances and floors are outdated. Wish there was better lighting in the living room. Overall not bad for a first place to live in.
