|Recommended: NoProperty Review — There are residents who go to the nature reserve trail next to the apartments and smoke. That has been difficult for us who use the trail to walk. The signs posted say it is not allowed however that does not stop them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear that we have individuals breaking the rules of the nature trail. Those are in place so that we can ensure preservation of the area and to make sure that it is enjoyable to everyone who wants to use it. It sounds like we need to look into that further. |Recommended: YesAwesome — Other than my neighbor being noisy and rude, I love everything else about this place. I like the layouts of the apartments, management is friendly and accommodating, and the trail here is a decent trail to walk or run with my dog.
Even though no one can really use the other common areas right now thanks COVID they are really nice too.

|Recommended: YesFriendly Management, Nice Community — It's fairly quiet. Not having central heating and cooling is a downside, and parking can be sparse at times but overall it's a quiet community and management is quick at responding to emails calls and they're friendly.

|Recommended: YesBlaine and his staff have been amazing Due to unforeseen circumstances it looked as if my children and I were going to have to move out of the apartment complex. Blaine went above and beyond to help me figure out a way to stay. He remembers our names, apartment numbers, and personalities. He is always cheerful and accommodating no matter how mundane the task. Thanks to him and his staff, my children and I feel like extended family. We feel welcomed and safe on the property. Juan is always friendly and quick to help if there is ever and issue.

|Recommended: YesI made a good choice in choosing North Glen Villas, and have already recommended it to others. — I appreciate the way the staff works together to help residents. I needed new blinds for my bedroom, and on Monday I brought up the subject with Blaine, our new Community Manager. He asked Juan to take the window's measurements, and order the blinds. The blinds arrived on Wednesday and Juan installed them on Thursday. Thank you for the prompt attention, guys. Teamwork makes everything better at NGV

|Recommended: YesWell maintained — We moved in a month ago and couldn't be happier Dashon and Tana made the process very easy The grounds are very well maintained. My only complaint would be if you're on the bottom floor you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around.
