|Recommended: YesNorth Glen — Parking is limited but each apartment has one reserved spot. The close quarters of the apartments does lead to noise echo. As the space is well utilized, personally would change a few design characteristics for more openness of the apartment. All appliances work well, and if there is any issue the maintenance team is fast and courteous to any work order. The grounds are well kept, the property staff are kind to any questions that a resident might have. I do like the reservation portals to secure times in the amenities that North Glen has to offer. Overall North Glen is a great community to live in, and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

|Recommended: YesNice — Everything here is great however there are two things that I would recommend improving. 1 The washing machines in the units are terrible. I have tried everything to keep loads even but 85 of the time the washer knock LOUDLY during spin cycle. Poor design. The property should invest in replacement washers.
2 Improve the playground. Maybe a slide or swing

|Recommended: YesBest apartment community we’ve lived at — One big thing we look for when moving into a complex, is safety. North Glen is one of the safest communities we’ve lived in. The people are incredibly nice and considerate, and after 5 years of moving around to find the right place, north glen is the first we plan on staying for multiple years. Only issues we’ve had, have been taken care of by maintenance . Some appliances could be updated, however other than that it’s a perfect place.

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — One of the nicer apartment complexes I have lived at. One thing that I love is that it is quiet. Yes I can hear my upstairs neighbor from time to time but it is an apartment after all.

|Recommended: NoOffice staff has a huge turnover rate. I have been here almost 3 years cause i have no other resource or a place to go and ever since I've been here we have been able to use the amenities twice. We still pay for the amenities of course. — I would say you are better off finding some dump to live in and save your money cause the office staff is not helpful and the pricing for re-upping to stay here is disgraceful and appalling. We have been here for almost 3 years and we've been able to use the amenities like the gym and the hot tub once. Did the pandemic affect this The answer is yes... Did they drop our rent due to the amenities being what we pay for... No they would never... Run from this place cause they will suck you dry till all you have left is to be stuck staying here paying high rent for the services they provide but without the services they are supposed to provide.

It sounds like you weren't aware that the amenities like the gym and hot tub have been open by reservation through your resident portal. The pool is open and reservable as of today! The reservation system is how we have been able to keep the amenities open through this unique Covid time and will open them fully as soon as we are allowed to. We try our best to communicate with our residents, perhaps you have not been receiving our newsletters and other correspondence? Please reach out to verify your contact information if it has changed.
You mentioned your lease renewal rate being disagreeable, however during this pandemic we have offered everyone a zero increase option. Please reach out if you need clarification on your renewal, I want to make sure you are understanding the options.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment community — This has been a great apartment community to live in. I recently sold my house and hadn't lived in an apartment community for over 20 years. I'm so glad I chose this place. I've never had an issue with noisy neighbors and the trail around the wetland is the perfect walk for me and my dog. My only complaint is the neighbors across the street who have ORV's they like to ride around every once in a while - they are incredibly noisy. But I imagine if I lived in a unit a bit further away, it would not be an issue.

|Recommended: YesSafe, well kept, nice place to live — Staff are amazing - super nice and helpful. I put a work order in and they were there within 30 minutes Nice floor plan that works well. Amenities on the property are well kept. Overall a nice, safe place to live.

|Recommended: YesI wish all my friends lived here — The garbage and recycling valet pickup service is fantastic, parking is adequate and doesn't require looking at the ground since everything not covered is either open or accessible, and the grounds are beautiful, especially the nature reserve walking path. Love the gas fireplace and amount of electrical outlets.
