submitted by David B. - |Recommended: YesFive Star Rating — I have lived in the North Glen Villas for over 6 years. The staff here is exceptional both management and maintenance. I especially like it is a gated community. I feel very safe here. The grounds and buildings are maintained impeccably and the maintenance staff is just a text away. The monthly clubhouse meetings are good to get to know your neighbors and the IDM staff. I give this place 5 stars.

submitted by David B. - |Recommended: YesTo IDM Management I recently needed assistance accessing my packages in the package locker. Your new employee, Hope Michael, assisted me. She was able to help access the packages twice then figured out there was a problem in the computer which she fixed. This young lady has worked here for about 4 months. She is very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to work with from a tenant prospective. I have lived in the North Glen Villas for over 5 years. Your staff here is exceptional and I send complements to the IDM Company.

Driving around LOUDLY at late night and smoking in their unit and we can smell it. We like the property staffs but we hope actions can be taken on a timely manner when complaints are made.

All the staff are friendly and ready to assist, they are visibly there for the tenants, which gives North Glen Villas an added bonus.

submitted by Sandra C. - |Recommended: YesVery Welcoming — I couldn't be happier with the maintenance and property staff. They are always working on keeping things maintained and respond quickly. They are always prompt and eager to help with any needs or concerns. I would like to see an update with the dishwasher and washing machine, as they both are extremely loud and the washing machine goes off balance very easily. But, to be fair, I haven't let them know my frustrations with that. All in all, I feel safe and welcome here.
