|Recommended: YesWonderful place for living — We have been living here for over a month already, and it is a wonderful place. The office has a very pleasant team, and the maintenance staff is responsive and helpful. I would especially like to thank Drew Nolli for the assistance with completing all the paperwork. 10 10, I recommend these apartments to everyone.

|Recommended: YesConcern Resident — I like the complex, staff and responses to questions I asked. However, the unit next to me makes loud noises banging and is very disturbing and creates the lack of relaxation while I am home. I have had to approach my neighbors many times and call 911 once which scares me to have to do this. I have yet to be able to resolve the issue. I hear no disturbances at all from my neighbor on my other side, so I know it is not due to thin walls. I would like to be able to come home to relax, feel safe, and not have to have stress due to having to deal with such matters with an ongoing living condition. I hope matters will be resolved by management. I said yes to recommendation only in my hopes my notifying management each time that I have done so will be resolved.

|Recommended: NoDownhill — Everywhere you walk there is dog poop. People let their dogs off leash roam around and go bathroom and don’t pick it up. The noise is absolutely insane. We deal with yelling, fighting, people working on cars weekly.
|Recommended: YesOne of the most well kept gated communities — Love living here and the atmosphere. Staff goes above and Beyond to be of assistance, they are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.

|Recommended: YesFive Star Rating — I have lived in the North Glen Villas for over 6 years. The staff here is exceptional both management and maintenance. I especially like it is a gated community. I feel very safe here. The grounds and buildings are maintained impeccably and the maintenance staff is just a text away. The monthly clubhouse meetings are good to get to know your neighbors and the IDM staff. I give this place 5 stars.
