They are the most helpful people of all. They go way beyond what other apartment complexes do for their tenants. When a problem develops, they really help. And if anything breaks down they fix it. I always tell everyone that Northglen Villas is the best. bgc
|Recommended: YesConvenient layout — The tenants are very respectful of each other. The location is easily accessible to main highways, multiple grocery stores, bog box stores and recreational opportunities. The staff gets a 10 they are happy and helpful.

|Recommended: YesVery clean and quiet — Area is kept very clean. Apartments are well built with nice appliances. Safe area and very quiet although we lived on the opposite side of the road . Staff is friendly and helpful Depending on how many roommates you have, parking could be an issue. Overall I would recommend living here.
|Recommended: YesAwesomesauce — Easy. Property is newer and well maintained. Issues, big or small, are scheduled and taken care off promptly and correctly. Staff is full of different and great personalities. Gated community guaranteed car port is a plus. As for cost, I didn't scout a ton, but this is very reasonable. You can find something else with less amenities and quality for the same price. It's close within 5-10 min to all shopping, and is secluded enough to not suffer from road noise.

There is a Nature Preserve on site that is full of song birds, ducks, geese, frogs and native plants that is great for walking around.
The staff are careful to act upon any maintenance requests promptly.
The grounds are maintained nicely by a team of caring keepers that smile and wave.
The gates keep traffic to a minimum.
There is plenty of free and easy parking for visitors.
It's quiet and peaceful at night.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — NorthGlen Villas is a comfortable and secure place to live with a lot of amenities. Although I don't use them much, it's nice to know they are available. The staff is friendly and courteous. Any repairs are completed swiftly and the maintenance staff is wonderful
